Compensation: USD7 - 15/hour.
Location: Remote (for Mexico, Colombia, Spain, Equatorial Guinea, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela, Chile, Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Cuba, Bolivia, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Paraguay, Honduras, and Dominican Republic residents).
Skills: Interested in lead management, outbound calls, contract management, market research, and pipeline management.
Responsibilities and more:
• Handle inbound leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to explore acquisition opportunities.
• Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and progress through the acquisition pipeline.
• Efficiently manage and organize the acquisition pipeline to ensure a smooth process from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers through consistent and professional communication.
• Conduct thorough market research and run comparative market analysis (comps) to determine property values.
• Deliver Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) calculations to potential sellers based on comprehensive analysis.
• Contract Management using DocuSign.
