Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and grow a brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

This is a 20-hours-per-week role, starting with a 1-month trial period. YouTube management is just as important as Instagram for this role, and we’re looking for someone who understands scalability, growth tactics, and content management at a strategic level — not just posting.

If the first month goes well, the role may expand to include:

- Podcast channels (YouTube + Instagram)
- Client YouTube channels
- Additional podcast production clients

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Support content strategy with a focus on growth and scalability
- Organize and manage content calendars
- Optimize content for each platform
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

- Strong experience with Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Understanding of content growth strategies and scalable workflows
- Advanced English level (comfortable managing communication and content in English)
- Organized, proactive, and strategic mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple content streams
